Agent Selection
All of the agents we refer must be full time, meaning that is their primary source of income, and are required to fill out an extensive application. We personally review each application, confirm that their real estate license is current, contact their personal and professional references, and verify that they have no legal actions pending against them. There is not one agent in our files that hasn't gone through this process. We invite you to view a sample agent application if you would like to see exactly what we screen the agents on. In order for an agent to stay on our referral list, they need to maintain favorable feedback from the buyers and sellers we refer them to. If an agent receives too many negative comments, we will discontinue referring them.

No Cost
Our service is completely free for the buyers and sellers, the agents only pay us a fee for the referral once you are completely satisfied and escrow has closed. There is an abundance of real estate agent listing services on the Internet that the agents can pay to be on, but how do YOU know if they are reputable or not? The agents cannot buy their way on to our list, so that means you can trust that they have earned their way there.

Filling out our registration form enables us to make a better match for your personal agent criterion, and to help us maintain the quality of our referrals.
